Refund and Return Policy
Overview
Contact us within 7-days of receiving your merchandise, for consideration for a refund to the original amount and form of payment. Within your return email please indicate whether your return is due to quality or non-quality issue. All quality issue returns will require photos of the issue. You will be notified via email, within 48 hours, if your returned item(s) is suitable for a refund. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 48 hrs.' to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Only regular priced items may be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! No returns or exchanges allowed! If any items are broken in transit please send a photo and it will be replaced free of charge. Non-Quality Return Policy
The following are examples of non-quality issues: kink marks, press marks, tiny threads, incorrect client size selection, too-short dress, different color displayed, and/or personal choice. It is impossible to make the clothing exactly match the marketing photo because different displays and cameras show color differently. Please refer to our actual images for the majority of styles. These products are non-refundable and final.
Quality Return Policy
While we make every effort to ensure that none of our customers experience this, quality problems might arise from damaged, unsewn, or broken items, as well as incorrect size or color selection. After approval, approved refunds must be mailed within seven days. ALL returns must arrive to us in the described condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags still on. Products that are clearly worn or damaged upon return will be denied and will be subject to a 50% damage charge. In the event that the item is not shipped back to you. Unless there is a possibility that we made a mistake, shipping is non-refundable. It is advisable to use trackable mail when returning things, as returns that are not received by Kanary Diamanté will not be reimbursed.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at kanarydiamante@gmail.com.
Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES
Item(s) must be return within 14 days of receiving package. If you don't return the item(s) within the time frame, we may close your request and you will not be offer the exchange. Items must be unworn and unwashed. To complete your exchange for the same item, please send an email to kanarydiamante@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
3. A visual image of the item(s)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange, based on the condition of the item(s). Bodysuits and white products are final sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are only replaced if they are faulty or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
RETURN SHIPPING FOR BUYERS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service when returning item (s). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We don't cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service which is authorized by the receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address. Make sure you can accept the post service.
Cancel Order
The order is not cancelable after the order is processed.
