Our Shipping Policy
Kanary Diamanté Boutique insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered. All online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. Please note that your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to successfully process your order. For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund to you within 24 hrs. Shipping Options Available
We offer Local Pickup, Standard and Express Shipping that deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders placed Fri-Sun will ship out on Monday unless there’s an active sale. If you have placed a pre-order, please refer to your original order confirmation email for shipping details.

Standard Domestic Shipping Within Canada Is $10 Which Includes Tracking and 1-3 Business Day Delivery Time.
United States
Express Worldwide Shipping to the US is $10 Which Includes Tracking and 3-5 Business Day Delivery Time.
Worldwide
International Worldwide Express is $15 Which Includes Tracking and 3-5 Business Day Delivery Time.
Local Taxes/Customs Duty
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.

All orders are delivered by Canada Post within Canada, US and International by UPS.
Gift or Group purchase? If you received your items as a gift or something in relations to a gift or group purchase, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
Overall Delivery Timeframe
To estimate the total delivery time all orders will require up to 3 business days for processing in addition to the delivery time indicated. Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.
We do our best to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been sent out for delivery.
